A space for socializing and connecting with other new mothers and similarly aged babies. This group offers an opportunity to share experiences about the complex and beautiful journey of motherhood without judgement or comparison to help build confidence to mother in your own way. As much as it is about the natural baby talk and questions that may arise regarding baby’s development in their first year it is also a space for deeper emotional, social and mental support. This incorporates to learn how to maintain your wellbeing as a new mother. Access to referral information and support services is available if needed. Please bring a healthy breakfast for yourself.
